Stuck right off the bat

Well it seems I'm stuck on the prologue at the very beginning, I uncover the pedestals, then walk on them, they both go down, so I pick up the rock and put it on the pedestal, and it says the rock isn't heavy enough, standing on one pedestal while having the rock on the other doesn't seem to work no matter what combination I do it in. I also tried bruteforcing every single action I could do to every single thing but it doesn't seem to do anything. Is there something I'm missing?

Yup, you missed something, look around the scene a bit more.
