Lightning Key

I have the underground burial chamber open that is supposed to contain the lightning gate key, but I can't find the key. I have moused over every inch of it and all I can find are potions. This is the last one that I need, I got all the others. Can someone give me a hint on this? Also, is the stone tomb with the inscription supposed to open or is it just the underground chamber that opens with the code from the tomb?
